By using the Lumio website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders: All products are sold on a pre-order basis. An order is confirmed once we accept it. We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurs, and you will receive a full refund.

Pricing: Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. The price at the time of order applies.

Product images: We try to show products accurately, but slight differences between the photo and the actual item may occur.

Payment: Payment is accepted through the methods offered at checkout.

Returns, refunds and shipping are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Changes: We may update these terms at any time. Changes apply from the date they are posted.
