Shipping policy

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver across Pakistan.

Shipping Charges: We offer free delivery on all orders.

Pre-order Items: All our products are pre-order items. Your order is placed with our supplier after you order, so it is dispatched within 9 to 15 days.

Delivery Time: Once your order is dispatched, delivery takes 5 to 8 business days. In total, you can expect your parcel within approximately 2 to 3.5 weeks of placing your order.

Payment: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Please keep the exact amount ready when the courier arrives.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will share your tracking details by email or WhatsApp.

Delays: Sometimes orders can take a little longer due to customs, courier delays or holidays. We will keep you updated if your order is delayed.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
