Cancellation policy

Cancelling your order: You can cancel for a full refund any time before we place your order with our supplier. This is usually within [24 hours] of your order. To cancel, message us at [email / WhatsApp number] with your order number.

After we place your order: Once your item has been ordered from our supplier, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, our Return and Refund Policy applies for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refunds: Approved cancellations are refunded within [7] working days to your original payment method (or as agreed for Cash on Delivery orders).

We may also cancel: If an item becomes unavailable or its price changes after you order, we may cancel your order. You will be notified and given a full refund.
